Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Konfiqo (“the Platform”), operated by Codemode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Konfiqo is a no-code platform that enables you to build custom business applications, manage data entities, create workflows, and operate your business. The Platform is provided on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload, create, or store on the Platform (“Your Data”). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You may export Your Data at any time using the Platform's export functionality. Upon account termination, we will make Your Data available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Use the Platform to store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Free plan users may be subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.

If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period before suspending access. Your data will not be deleted during suspension.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Codemode. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konfiqo and Codemode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, and we will provide a 30-day data export window.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
